• Deposit of 20% with confirmation of Safari
• Balance is payable the day before departure
• Cancellation: 120 days prior to Safari - Full refund of deposit
• Less than 90 days - 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 30 days - no refund of deposit
• Deposits may be transferred to alternative date
• Payments by bank transfers, traveler's cheques or cash only
• Fees payable on animals bagged or wounded
• All wounded (blood drawn) animals must be paid for in full
• A minimum of 2.5% will be added to invoice for Tips & Gratuities for the staff.
  

Clients will at all times HUNT AT THEIR OWN RISK and will be required to sign an indemnity form.

Please note : The meat remains the property of the farm.

Included in the above packages:

• Return transfer between Port Elizabeth airport and farm
• All accommodation, laundry, meals and beverages
• Open bar
• Hunting licences and local taxes
• PH, skinner and tracker with 4 x 4 hunting vehicle

Excluded in the above packages:

• All airfares (can be arranged on a net cost basis)
• Accommodation before and after Safari
• Additional animal hunting
• All taxidermy charges and costs
• Rifles and ammunition, but may be hired on request
• Tips and gratuities
• Personalized hunting video @ $150 per day
